This is a very simple exercise for anyone who wants to get a taste for what mindfulness has to offer. There is no additional music or sound effects because mindfulness is intended for real situations (both the peaceful and noisy ones, the pleasant and uncomfortable!)
This script is just a guideline. You can change it any way you like that best suits you and your needs. You can use this basic practice as little as five minutes before class, while on the road, or as long as you want.
